Online Purchases

If you placed your order online (www.honeynaturals.com), please inspect your order upon reception and contact us @ hnpremiums@gmail.com within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

  • Shipping time may vary depending on the shipping option you select. Priority typically 2-3 business days, standard 5-7 business days.

  • If the package was delivered to the correct address but was stolen from the delivery location, Honey Naturals is not responsible for replacing or refunding the package.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Photos of the package and damaged product are required for faster resolution. Please include them when contacting our team.
